Out of all the storms that hit the North East this winter, today's was the worst. Ice covered roads and sidewalks made my morning commute very scary. I almost cried when I kept slipping in the road while a car was headed my way. A little dramatic maybe but I really wanted to turn around and go home... except it was the same distance to get to the subway as it was to get back to my apartment.
At least my outfit doesn't make me look like I've been traumatized by an ice storm [though my skirt does mimic an umbrella]. I did my best to try and brighten up the grey sky with all this orange.
BTW I always wanted red curls but ever since my stylist convinced me to go 'copper' I feel like an imposter.
